Feature Request: Histogram of time difference between submits

Star 1 and star 2 are measured in absolute difference from midnight, which isn't super helpful. What could be meaningful is the difference between the stars, as star 2 is historically "harder" than star 1. Possibly a histogram from this? Or a simple bar graph, unaggregated by day, also works too.

Histograms need dynamic bin count

Histograms seem to have a fixed bin count, drops everyone into the same bin if they answer within 15 minutes (it seems).

Could be dynamic bin count.

Feature request: star 1 page links star 2 page and vice versa

Quality of life change.

For example, day01star1 page should link to day01star2.html and day01star2 should link to day01star1.html.

Only update stats if something has changed

Compare downloaded JSON to existing one and don't do anything if they are the same. If nothing has changed, don't upload, even if the -u flag is given.

Add more precise timing information to per-star rankings

Especially where everybody finishes within a few minutes.

Add local and modified local score to ranking list per star

404 page has relative CSS path and can point to wrong location for index

This leads to improper rendering for longer paths and a link that does not point to anything.

Local score ignores participants who never have scored

This makes the calculation differ from the one on adventofcode.com.
