Our web app provides a "No code. No installation" platform for researchers to upload images and compare clustering results with popular machine learning models and manifold learning algorithms, making experimenting and prototyping with ML less time-consuming. There’s currently no existing app that allows fast organization and visualization of data

Requirements.txt missing

Hi guys,
Really good work and the demo server is quite nice.

However, I can't really manage to get it to work locally. Would you be able to provide a requirements.txt files for python modules dependencies?

So far I identified (from a fresh virtual environment in conda):

  • botocore
  • mahotas
  • numpy
  • scipy
  • matplolib
  • IPython
  • scikit-image
  • tsne

Not sure everything is 100% relevant and some (like tsne) depends on others, so the final list might be simpler. If you could confirm the version you're using that would be great.
