This is to test the overall web setup in absence of a button, even in secured mode. The server should respond with 'pong' as a simple text string in browser.

In preparation of the integration of the Green Button with other chat systems, there is a need to provide a WebDAV facility. For example, this would allow support for the notification use case from Grafana:

Grafana Alert --+--> graph snapshot --> upload the snapshot on WebDAV back-end
                           +----> Grafana Notification --> Slack of Webhook update, with URL to snapshot

So, during the setup of the bt.tn server we should add WebDAV to Apache2 and create an account (name and password) for WebDAV feeding from Grafana.
