Doesn't provide setting rlimits options like SimpleDaemon service

I'm not quite sure why Ubic has in current structure so much custom service types without general functionality shared between them, for example, there are rlimits in SimpleDaemon.
Also considering that many of these services differs much likely just in one thing - their status_impl, I'm starting to wondering whether it would be simpler to allow passing callback into SimpleDaemon instead of creating a bunch of subclasses.
