Would be useful to be able to specify -a armeabi-v7a,arm64-v8a abis

What the title says. It would probably be worth validating whether the value passed is valid for the given apk, to protect against typos and stuff like that. Otherwise you could end up having an error in your makefile and not realize it until your build is done.

Currently, in makefiles the ABI and native libs are being de duped which leads to slightly inaccurate Android.mk generation at the end.
E.g. the following:

a.so - arm64
b.so - arm64,arm

would output:

...

LOCAL_PREBUILT_JNI_LIBS := \
   @lib/arm64-v8a/a.so \
   @lib/armeabi-v7a/a.so \
   @lib/arm64-v8a/b.so \
   @lib/armeabi-v7a/b.so

where as this should output:

...

LOCAL_PREBUILT_JNI_LIBS := \
   @lib/arm64-v8a/a.so \
   @lib/arm64-v8a/b.so \
   @lib/armeabi-v7a/b.so
