1. Update all with new version number.
2. Annotate every function and variable declaration.
3. Annotate every file, double check descriptions to make sure they still ring true.

A lot of code is commented out. Especially in INDEX.js. Delete it all. Clean up the scripts in general

Nothing to serious, just make sure all variables have distinct names. Not sure about convention, but ensure that no function(arguments) have the same identifier as any actual 'outer level' variables
