If a killer tries to kill on N0, then they fail (as they should), but they are still seen visiting.

• implement Dead component
• don't take targets, actions, positions, etc. from Dead
• don't print results for Dead
• implement component for showing recently died, so that we will print results if someone died same night
• implement killing action that gives Dead component to target
• implement Doctor role and Save action, before Kill in OOP
  • add a Saved component, which blocks a Kill from succeeding

Currently, all actions that a player has will be directed toward their current target. We should be able to distinguish between actions that are being used and those that are not, so that we can enable and disable certain actions on a night-by-night basis, while still retaining the information that a player is able to use an action, if they choose to.
