When I died, my game crashed with a NoClassDefFoundError: lain/mods/cos/PlayerUtils error. It may just be a problem with specific versions of cosmetic armor. full log here: http://pastebin.com/YaXSCXrt I'm running the newest curse-available versions of both. (1.1.5 and v2c, accordingly)
I'll backdate cosmetic armor and let you know if the bug goes away.

Deaths which occur in the void (Y < 0) should create a death marker at Y = 0, rather than whatever it tries to do now.

Mod is awesome. No silly tomb, 1 block, really really nice. I want to add it to the modpacks, but im a great fan of cosmetic armours, and after some testing, the mod dont store the cosmetic.

I would really apreciate if you have some free time to add support for this mod.

It's possible for a griefer to die repeatedly in the same area, filling it with unbreakable death markers.

Perhaps death markers can "stack" somehow, containing extra items and preventing them from being placed too near one another?

Its me again.

I was doing stuff with a friend in the server, when i use my thaumcraft portable hole wand and my friend fall to the hole, were he died by suffocation.
It seems (after some checking) That the grave didnt spawn in these cases, were there is no near air block. (The closest corridor was 2 or 3 blocks away).

If you die in lava, you also dont get a grave, but dont know if that is intended.(You die in lava, you loose everything as normal)

In client, all works fine, but in server seems ICE crash something. But my code skill not so good, just easy java for modpacks.

Anything pushed inside a gravestone will suffocate.
