Example AMP Blog & Mail

Add example to generate blog and email AMP HTML from same data source.

Blog pages are now supported using collections.

AMP optimizer already supports e-mail, for this two (or more) target templates per frontmatter file would be needed.

Add hash based cachebuster

Add a cachebuster for css files when they are not injected and in general for media files.

Needs custom twig function for fetching file names and metadata for src link generation.

Add templating example

Add example with an installable base twig theme, including some extra scss styles / vars.
