grat going in your code, it looks great!
but here are some things to improve:

• The use of cascading of more than 4 levels
• even if is a little cumbersome you could use hr intend of styling spans with the hr class
• the js could use some comments to clue on what you attempt on each section

You added your creativity to the given project apart from the requirement. There are some suggestions for you if you add them they will make your website.

• For landscape mode in smaller devices, some of the link items in menubar are not accessible. If you can add some responsiveness, it will look better.
• If comments are written in your code, it will make it more readable for other developers. Please try to consider adding them.
• Section heading font size is oversized. It will be better if you limit the maximum value for it.
• The background picture distracts the view of about heading. If you try to add some background filtering effect.
• Some pictures are not visible e.g. in the sponsors and speakers section.
