Still some bugs I can't thoroughly fix them, so copying my code is not recommended.

另外，有些 Raft 成员变量上锁而有些用 atomic 包，越来越复杂，而且 int 类型没有 atomic 包里能用的方法而 int32 有，接下来决定统一用 mutex 写一下所有 getter/setter，比较统一
