It is not an ordinary book app. Most book apps such as AnyBooks have majority of writers being white. As a bookworm, I have struggled getting books from writers of African-origin. Most of them are in Amazon and they are super expensive. Therefore, AfriLib will focus on African-origin writers and their work.
