One entry doubled

As I can see the bug occurs in your preview-shot too, so it's not just any strange issue here ^^

My plugin nodebb-plugin-emoji-extended gets shown twice...

Removing plugin before deactivating will cause warnings on startup

This is current behavior when uninstalling via command line, but may be able to automatically deactivate first with this control panel.

Fails on latest NodeBB

Produces the error:
