Set generation inconsistencies

for some reason, running the same params and even the same instance, the sets can be inconsistent with each other, and some even have defects/random squares of purple??

these are both on the same instance, i just reloaded the page and youll notice the purple squares - but if you look closely there's also differences with how the rectangle algo works, because some areas change....
