Convert the src/ringcentral-sms.js to src/ringcentral-sms.coffee.

• Adapter Configuration (environment variables)
• LICENSE
• README.md
• RingCentral Developer Portal - Required application settings
• RingCentral Account - Required settings and configurations
• Add "Usage" section to README.md
• Add "Contributing" section to README.md
• Add License reference from README.md
• Include man which can be a "publishConfig" setting for NPM
• Add TravisCI, Coveralls, Version, CodeClimate badges for display

Currently the RingCentral SDK is tightly bound, could improve this by abstracting this into a Client class.
