Another option: classes with method decorators

I like the idea of providing a decorator to the user or outlining an approach for using one in the readme.
Maybe in Readme/Not expressible in TypeScript: you could advise users to write a decorator such as @validateJSONSchema(someValidatorMethod)
or use an existing decorator such as core-decorators#decorate and pass it a validator. You can also point users to use ajv to create the validators in case they don't already know about it. Then the user can apply the decorator to a class's setters or elsewhere. You probably don't need to do much more to close this issue other than just add this kind of advice to the readme.

BTW: For those interested, I thought http://blog.enriched.io/using-json-schema/#usingjsonschemasintypescript provided a nice example of how to build a validator given some JSON Schema.
