Tests will need to be added to the fastly-php-runtime crate.
Add PHAR support
PHAR support should be added so that customers can provide a PHAR archive with their source code, allowing usage with Composer dependencies and multiple PHP source files.
Properly provide `$_GET`, `$_POST` and other global variables
Compile PHP into opcode during building step
There was already an attempt at this, however it was decided to go against it for the initial release as it still carried some issues with the way PHP handles constant strings, etc.
Refactor `fastly_ce` in `fastly-php-runtime` crate.
The current state of fastly_ce is very cumbersome to work with and modify.
