Floating point exception (core dumped)

When I tried to use tiles.pcx from the working with VRAM tutorial:

$ ./pcx2snes.exe -c16 tiles

Floating point exception (core dumped)

2bpp problem

Hello. There is a bug at 2bpp mode, at multiple subpalettes.
At 4bpp, the color 0 (the transparent one) is correctly repeated at each subpalette (each $10 colors).
At 2bpp it must be done every 4 colors, not each $10 (as each subpalette holds 4 colors at 2bpp mode).
