Avartis Medical Forms

Bu form yapısında, kullanıcıların cinsiyet, ağırlık, boy ve yaş ve benzeri bilgilerini girerek medikal bilgilendirmelerin hesaplamalarını sağlayan bir React uygulamasıdır. Uygulama, i18Next kütüphane desteği ile Türkçe ve diğer dillerde kullanıma uygun olarak tasarlanmıştır.
