Wrong:

This can be found on the RIGHT side of the board.

Right:

This can be found on the LEFT side of the board and should be duplicated to the other side of the board to be the same.

PB4 should be connected to the power LED resistor, not to +5V

This isn't wrong, but not the most sensical

Pot + Buttons start in the bottom right corner (AN 9, BTN 13). Strange place, it would make more sense if it was in the top left. This can be fixed in code if need be.

Arduino has variables named B$ reserved.

Buttons are named B in schematic, name them BTN.

remove +5V-Battery which is connected to ATTINY85 and SW2, replace it with +5V

the two smaller holes (the ones for control, not power) are too small.

A big problem is that this still works, but it reverses the output of the joysticks so the data seems to be in reverse.

Also, the button doesn't work as the MCU watches for a falling edge to detect a button being pressed.

must fix in schematic and board

LED-button foot-prints should be updated to include the holes for the plastic nubs

Both buttons are connected to B1 (bottom of image)

S2 should be connected to B2

Pin numbers on the output side of the A2982 are wrong.
