When issuing a move command users should be able to specify a speed or duration for the move to take place under.

• Speed could be some arbitrary number that is selected by trial and error.
• Duration, the move is divided into a number of steps and those steps divided over the time.
• Would be nice to someday have accel/decel.

Still seeing some missed steps over long runs. Users should have the ability to shift the value of face_milis forward or backwards by some number of minutes.

if in MODE_RUN, the stopping distance should work correctly.
if in MODE_RUN + sync, the sync process should adjust correctly.
if in MODE_STOP a move will be required.

There is enough backlash in the gearing that switching forwards <-> backwards results in slop.

• Build calibration tool. roll forward to home adjust hand to midnight, roll backwards to home,
  observe difference.
• store calibration value.
• when switching directions, auto-step the delta.
