Haven't completely decided about this, but here's what I think would be nice:
Once all (or most) issues for a milestone are fixed, I'll probably open a 'release' issue like this one, and once released, I'll be closing the issue and the milestone.
I was thinking of having a list of changes here, but given that we already have change log in the app and you can filter issues on github by milestone, I think that would be redundant.
