Add a crypto and Web3 related content in the form of md file in post directory

The MD file generates the website content in the post directory. So we can add content to the website by adding a file with the blog content title as the file name in the post directory and adding the image resources in the public/assets directory with a folder name similar to the title. Refer to the existing file for reference

Update the README.md and about.md with more description

The README.md and about.md act as documentation for this repo and the details on the about page of the website. Update these 2 pages to give more clarity on this repo and how one can contribute to it.
