A little web app based on R Shiny framework (https://shiny.rstudio.com/) that could help to manage a reporting system.

This tool was originally thought for environmental safety reports, that is reports which define whether a specific hospital environment is safe for patients and workers; however, it can be used for every kind of reporting system. If you need different groups of reports organized differently, it is possible to make many copies of the app and customize them for each project.

FEATURES:

• Manage many types of reports and many locations/unit/wards for each report;
• Help you understand at glance if a report has been done with the necessary frequency in time;
• Allows you to sign comments and problems about the reports and if a non-conformity has been reported;
• Allow you to have an overview of problematic situations;
• It is highly customizable, allowing three different kinds of comments and completely translatable.

Una semplice app basata sul framework R Shiny (https://shiny.rstudio.com/) per aiutare a gestire un sistema di reportistica.

Questo strumento è stato pensato inizialmente per report di tipo igienistico-ambientale, cioé report che attestano se un certo ambiente ospedaliero è a norma per la sicurezza dei pazienti e dei lavoratori.

Ma in verità lo strumento è altamente customizzabile per poter gestire ogni tipo di reportistica. Se avete bisogno di più sistemi di report organizzati differentemente, nulla vi vieta di creare molteplici copie indipendenti della app, customizzate per ogni progetto.

FUNZIONALITA'

• Gestisce più tipologie di report, ognuna con più ambienti/unità/reparti in parallelo;
• Aiuta a capire a colpo d'occhio se i report sono stati eseguiti con la dovuta frequenza;
• Permette di associare 3 tipi di appunti ad ogni report, per esempio note e problemi dei report e se sono presenti non conformità;
• Permette di avere una visione di insieme su situazioni problematiche;
• È altamente customizzabile, permettendo di modificare i 3 tipi di appunti ed in generale qualunque altra etichetta della app. Utile per la traduzione in altre lingue.
