salt api events url can have the token appended as a url param. this is what i've been doing, but it cycles frequently so you need to hit the /login endpoint frequently to get a new token.

Allow username/password for salt api to be passed to get api token

Allow ability to exclude sending data based on a regex (or regexes) match

Some data coming from salt api events is sensitive. Things like RSA Private Keys, and passwords may be sent in the clear. These things should be masked before forwarding on to the console and especially before sending into sumologic.

Write error when unable to connect to salt api, right now if there is an auth error or anything the program just exits without telling you why.

tag exclusion is currently a hard coded list. make this accept a file of tags to exclude.

Allow regex as a bonus
