Validating Sudoku Puzzles Challenge

Sudoku Validator

Complete the validate method of the SudokuValidator class that accepts a number which is the squared value of a sudoku puzzle grid. For ex. a 3x3 grid is 9 & a 2x2 grid is 4.

Just like a regular sudoku puzzle insure that all rows, columns, and grids have a correct sequence of numbers from 1 to x . X must be a the value of a perfect square integer.
