Getting Started with Advanced Programming with Java

This repository helps students in Advanced Programming with Java get started with the programming exercises solved during class.

How do I use this repository?

In order to use this repository, you must first intall git on your local machine.

Next, you need to make a clone of the repository on your machine:

1. From the online repository, press on "Code" and copy the link.
2. Then, in Netbeans, Go to "Team" in the top menu, then "Git", then "Clone".
3. Next to "Repository URL", paste the copied link.
4. Press Next, Next, and Finish.
5. Similarly for Eclipse.

To pull the work I'm updating:

1. Right click on the Netbeans Project "AJ_Fall2022", then press "Git".
2. Go to "Remote", press "Pull".
3. Make sure the selected Git repository's link is correct, press Next, Next, and Finish.

Please don't do any changes to the code in my repository to avoid future conflicts when pulling. Keep this repository as a reference for everything we do in class, and create your own project to work on separately if you'd wish.
