Instead of:

List<Answer> answers = null;
answers = answerRepository.findByTimestamp(event.getItem().getTs());

you can:

List<Answer> answers = answerRepository.findByTimestamp(event.getItem().getTs());

Show victim user name instead of id after setup

README should include instructions about:

• Software and versions to use.
• Database software to use.
• How to create/migrate the database.
• How to compile/build the project.
• How to run the project. Including any configuration that is needed to setup in order to run the project.

I should be able to cancel the victim configuration. Example:

user1: @bot configurate
bot: Cool, who will be the bulled?
user1: cancel
bot: ok, you can setup the victim later.

If bot is removed from a channel and added again no error should happen.

I executed

@bot configurate

And since I was not able to cancel that conversation, I removed the bot and add it again to the channel and the setup victim conversation is still running.

If there is no bullied configured for the channel if someone asks a question the bot should warn about the fact that there is no bullied configured yet.

Example:

@SupposedBullied can you answer this questions?
@Bot sorry there is no bullied yet, you can configure the bullied using `@bot configure`
