Exception if no external storage found

If no external storage found (for mLog), something needs to be done.

Updates in background service

If app is destroyed, location updates stop (because the listener is MainActivity).

We should move this to a service in background.

Exception during insertion of WiFi record into database

Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to invoke virtual method 'long android.database.sqlite.SQLiteDatabase.insertWithOnConflict(java.lang.String, java.lang.String, android.content.ContentValues, int)' on a null object reference
at com.uf.nomad.mobitrace.database.DataBaseHandler.insertWiFiRecord(DataBaseHandler.java:102)
at com.uf.nomad.mobitrace.wifi.WifiScanningService$1.onReceive(WifiScanningService.java:64)

Settings activity

Settings is not functional.

Location services turned off

After the location service has started, the user can turn off the location services, it will no longer receive location change updates and there are not broadcasts associated with location being turned on/off (There used to be, but removed)
So we have check location is on, only on actions using:

String locationProviders = Settings.Secure.getString(getContentResolver(), Settings.Secure.LOCATION_PROVIDERS_ALLOWED);
if (locationProviders == null || locationProviders.equals("")) {
...
startActivity(new Intent(Settings.ACTION_LOCATION_SOURCE_SETTINGS));
}

We might have to periodically check to see if location is on using a timer.
