Get chapter info

Create a new branch for chapter info and check the notes in Projects.
Set the note to "In Progress" when working on it.
Please do follow PEP8.

Method arguments name and allow code name search

  • Change ship_name to name
  • Change ship_id to sid (sid stands for ship id since id is a reserved Python function name)
  • Change entry to ship
  • Allow get ship by code name in get_ship_by_name(name)
