In the Canada Day spirit, I of course instantly downloaded it to try it out, but unfortunately I'm hitting a problem. :(

After a fresh git clone of the master branch, when I go to load index.html in either Safari (7.0.4 (9537.76.4)) or Chrome (35.0.1916.153) on OS X (10.9.3 "Mavericks"), I'm getting errors instead of amazing parse-y goodness! :)

Here's the error from the JS console in Safari:

[Error] TypeError: 'undefined' is not a function (evaluating 'document.registerElement('custom-element', {prototype: XFooProto})')
    onload (parser.js, line 4)

Here's the error from the JS console in Chrome:

Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function - parser.js:18

Unfortunately I'm much more fluent in PHP than JavaScript, so I'm at a loss how to fix this. Hoping you can help me out! I'd love to help expand your README.md in return. :)
