Error: unresolved external symbol PyInit_pydasm

Trying to build Pydasm on Windows 10 with Python 3.5 and Visual Studio 2015. Returns error:
LINK : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol PyInit_pydasm
build\temp.win32-3.5\Release\./libdasm\pydasm.cp35-win32.lib : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals
error: command 'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\\VC\\BIN\\link.exe' failed with exit status 1120

pydasm_get_instruction crashes

In file pydasm.c on line 459 return value of PyString_AsStringAndSize not checked (even not saved). If in func pydasm_get_instruction passed not str type - function get_instruction got trash from stack instead of pointer and crashed.
Also call of PyString_AsStringAndSize without checking of return_value present in function fill_inst_structure (line 302).
Please, add these checks.
