Helloworld example is available in all regions F1 service is offered including eu-west-1.
We had an issue where the default AFI was not accessible for us-west-2 & eu-west-1. We fixed it last week. Could you please try again and let us know if the issue persists?

are you sure?
I'm still not able to launch the example on eu-west-1.
When I launch ./helloworld it gives me an error when it tries to load the awsxclbin.
Moreover, I get invalid afi when using sudo fpga-load-local-image to manually load the AFI.
