Would be useful to have an option that would prevent attribute overwrite. I can try to work on it if you're open to adding such a feature.

For example, maybe a boolean overwrite option:

const html = '<div class="wow" title="OMG div title">OMG</div>';

posthtml([ require('posthtml-extend-attrs')({
  overwrite: false,
  attrsTree: { 
    '.wow' : { 
      id: 'wow_id' },
      title: 'Much WOW'
    }
})])
  .process(html)
  .then(function(result) {
      console.log(result);
  });

Result (title has not been overwritten):

<div class="wow" id="wow_id" title="OMG div title">OMG</div>

Also, I think this should be set to false by default, so that it doesn't touch your code when you're not expecting it to.

This would be very useful in automated setups where you want attributes extended, but only if they're not already present.
