Build fails because checksum for osmfilter.c changed

Build fails due to postal_code tags being removed

Current builds are failing because of a bulk data change removing the postal_code tag . The change causes the number of roads to go down and the build fails plausibility checks.

highway=primary dropped by 24% 😱
highway=secondary dropped by 4%

All other types are still within range or even above range.

According to the German docs on the tag, its use is not recommended but the English version clearly states

This postal_code=* is still valid and widely used, but you can also use...

boundary=postal_code on a way or on a relation (a relation would also have type=boundary)

If this tag is not reliable anymore, we have to find a way to search roads within a boundary or something…
