Enable users to choose what gets randomized - Weapons, Palettes, or both

1. Add optional command line arguments of what the user wants randomized

• Perhaps by default we should randomize everything for user simplicity, and because there isn't much randomized yet
• Users could specify what they don't want randomized with -Weapons or -Palettes ?

2. Refactor the main script (MMRando.py) to deal with settings and calling functions to match settings

Look into structures for refactoring the basic script into workable individual sections

Noticed on windows that running the script through powershell opens a separate command terminal that executes the randomizer. This causes issues with returning help commands - as the new terminal closes itself after running instead of returning information to the original powershell window.

This is my reminder to look at this tomorrow
