A monokai theme for the MarkdownEditing package for Sublime Text 3 providing both Coloured and text-style preview for Markdown.

Install

First, install MarkdownEditing.

Package Control

• Ctrl/Command + Shift + P to open the Command Palette
• Select Package Control: Install Package
• Search for MonokaiC
• Press Enter

Manual

git clone https://github.com/avivace/MonokaiC ~/.config/sublime-text-3/Packages/MonokaiC

Change the target directory with ~/Library/Application\ Support/Sublime\ Text\ 3/Packages/MonokaiC on OS X and %appdata%\Sublime Text 3\Packages\MonokaiC on Windows.

Activation

To enable the theme, open your preferred MarkdownEditing User setting file from Preferences > Package Settings > Markdown Editing > Markdown GFM Settings - USER (works with MultiMarkdown and Markdown Standard too) and put this:

Be sure to Set Syntax -> MarkdownEditing -> Markdown GFM on your Markdown files

Syntax highlightning not working

Hi, thanks a lot for the theme, I really like it.

However, the syntax highlighting is not working for me, I followed the readme file to use the theme and everything works fine except for the syntax highlighting.

I'm using sublimetext 3 on win 10 64 bit os, thanks!

Color scheme is gone after upgrading to MarkdownEditing v. 3.0.2 and Sublime Text 3

I'm using MarkdownEditing v. 3.0.2 and Sublime Text 3 (build 4113) and MonokaiC color scheme is not applied. I guess it is due to the fact that it require Markdown GFM syntax being applied to Markdown files, however there are no Markdown GFM syntax anymore in new releases (only Markdown and MultiMarkdown).

Any ideas on how this could be quickly fixed?

Windows support?

Hi there.

Love this color scheme, and I'm bummed it's not working for me. Does it work for Windows?

I'm getting a popup error that reads:

Error loading colour scheme
Packages/User/ME-MonokaiC.tmTheme: Error parsing plist
xml: expected = in file Packages/User/ME-MonokaiC.tmTheme
