Add ASC1 opt-in/calls
Allow users to opt-into ASC1s and make application calls directly from Discord

Add support for clawback, freeze, and mutable parameter updates.
For scalability look into adding queueing mechanism that will allow each command to run in parallel and not block
Investigate how commands can be run concurrently in order to increase bot throughout.

Consider expanding the !distributeASA command to distinguish between online and offline users
