If content retrieved from jenkins or travis is malformed, corrupted or not ready (jenkins not ready for example), ardfeedback-control crash.

Currently, jenkins location and serial device are hardcoded. That's not very nice...

Currently, ardFeedback-control ends with exception when killed by ^C or SIGTERM.
When it receives ^C or SIGTERM (maybe other signals)
It should ask ardfeedback to light off led, close serial connection and terminate itself cleanly.

Currently, xml may be parse up to 3 times. I could probably find better solution :)

If the watched Jenkins has one or more unstable (yellow) builds and no failed (red) or building(_anime), it should ask arduino to light yellow leds.

Previous R(ed), G(reen), B(link), Y(ellow) are too "color" centric and not semantic oriented.
We should use new command S(uccess), U(nstable), F(ailed), B(uild)

On travis, when build is "created" but not yet started, ardfeedback become red. Which is not really nice.
Stay on the current status (aka do nothing) is probably a better solution.
