While keyboard and mouse input is blocked during the break time - a brute force way of forcing the user to take a break - the user can still use the touchpad to continue using the system.

The pendulum package provides a much better API for working with datetimes. Look into pendulum and implement it for this code.

Try out win10toast-persist to implement persistent updating notification

The application crashes on launching launch.cmd without any user feedback.

Steps to reproduce the issue -

1. Clone the repository using git clone https://github.com/reisub0/BreakTime
2. Run pip install -r requirements.txt
3. Double click on launch.cmd

This results the in application showing a window for a few seconds and closing.

The Tk window generated at break time doesn't stay on top of other windows at run time.
