Existing one https://github.com/jkulubya/authzed-dotnet is last updated in 2021.
I have opened an issue to upgrade to v1 a month ago: jkulubya/authzed-dotnet#1
but @jkulubya probably does not maintain this anymore.

I have found this new one: https://github.com/JalexSocial/SpiceDb | https://www.nuget.org/packages/SpiceDb which is up to date.
