atom - Toggle Switch

UI Component

Toggle Switch

We need to create a toggle switch component, primarily for use on a settings page to allow users to interact with boolean values.

This component should have an onToggle(boolean - state to change to) function passed to it, as well as a variable representing it's current state (true, false, or undefined - loading).

I, Aubin Spitzer, will be handling primary development but am looking for input on variations and code cleanliness.
