S3, S6 - SK vasl initial scenario setup issues

Hello,

I have found following two issues for scenarios
S3 - american green line should be moved a bit to North.
S6 - there should be Soviet leaders 9-1, 8-1 and 8-0, while in setup there are 9-1, 9-0 and 8-1

not check the LOS

In the scenarios created when you check the LOS, there is always. even if you cross an entire building. the LOS check does not work.
