[Bug] - Unable to control some StatefulSet configurations with values.yaml about data-center-helm-charts

Suddenly the reason for helm alias fields is suddenly clear! :)

That was the reason for the clustering not being configured properly, thank you very much!

@Wicaeed so your dependency chart is called jira. I guess you are missing another jira from values.yaml https://github.com/atlassian/data-center-helm-charts/blob/main/src/main/charts/jira/values.yaml#L375 - clustering is a child of jira. Can you please give it a try this way?

I moved clustering, setPermissions, securityContext and containerSecurityContext under jira which is a child of another jira which is your dependency jira chart.
