The timer resolution feature will not work for Windows 10 2004+, so maybe the option should not appear if version is 2004+ or above. A note about it could also function fine, or maybe the timer resolution feature could have a toggle and automatically be toggled off.

I think that it would be useful to have a toggle for disabling idle in GameUtil, so whilst you are gaming, your CPU is not changing C-states.

Feature Request:

Would it be possible to add command line arguments to gameutil and gameutil-rs so that I can have it auto start on launch with given settings? Something like the following for setting the TIMERRES, KILL_DWM to true, DISABLE_IDLE to true, and starting immediately with those settings:

gameutil -autostart 0 -dwm -idle

Use case:
I'd like to have the program launch at startup without having to select anything as I may not have my mouse or keyboard attached to the system.

This happens when i kill dwm then after 1 or 2 mins this message pop out : (

Using 1709

cs:go average frame rate: 171.54 when I turn DWM off and 201 when I don't. What's going on
