Build Setup

# To install the RESTful API dependencies go to
# your root folder
npm i

# Go to services/BudgetManagerAPI/config/database
# and setup a MongoDB

# Go back to your root folder
node services

# In your application folder
npm i

# Serve with hot reload at localhost:8080
npm run dev
