Hi there!

Are you referring to the taxonomy being different? If so, that’s just because I updated the page to use DECIPHER and the latest SILVA database and didn’t re-take and swap out the example images. I have a note box stating this near the beginning of the taxonomy section, but I should perhaps add notes under each image cause that’d be easy to miss and then would be confusing (at least until I’m able to change over the figures completely).

Let me know if there’s more than that you noticed please. And thanks for writing in about it :)

Hi Mike,
The different about Taxonomy could be understandable. However, I checked again and noticed that stating form the plotQualityProfile(reverse_reads[17:20]) my output was being differed from yours (look at the number of reads in each plot).

This is just due to different versions of cutadapt being used. I updated the version of cutadapt listed without updating the figures at some point. I have a note about this at the top of the Processing overview section, but i added a bit more to it now about this :)

For this particular figure, since i double-checked it and had the figure handy, i updated it now. It's the same values when using cutadapt v2.3 👍
