要求:
(1) 熟练使用 Foundation 框架，能够与 Laravel 框架进行整合
(2) 界面美观，功能分区完善，权限控制合理
(3) 能使用 Sass 管理 CSS 和 JS 文件
(4) 使用 AJAX 进行异步数据访问
(5) 界面能适应手机屏幕、pad 屏幕、电脑屏幕的尺寸，即使用 small、 medium、large 参数进行页面内容控制
(6) 要有 Top Bar, Menu, Navigation, Pagination 等常用元素
(7) 页面采用模板功能，使代码有更好的可读性和复用性
