Currently you need one bot for each set of channels you want to send notifications to.
Ideally there should be a single instance of the bot, with a better configuration file containing an array of 'webhook objects', each one housing information about which channels that hook should be sent to (and possibly output verbosity levels per channel) along with the secret token that was set in GitHub for the webhook.

Once #1 is done, this is how we can ID (and if necessary refuse) any incoming webhooks.
