Configure clang-format

Yandex の GCC のバージョンが上げてくれたことで，有名どころのコンテストサイトは全て C++14 以上が使えるようになった．

[Language]/src/以下にファイルが 1 つしかないときバグる
検索範囲のファイルが 1 つしかないときは，grep がファイル名を出してくれない
テストを全体的に変えたい
現状では，簡易的なテストケースでの実行時エラーチェックと実行時間計測しかしていない．
出力結果のハッシュ値を求め，前回のコミット時と変化がないことを確認できるようにしたい．
